Massive clock in and clocks for fieldtrips happening in the middle of the school day.

Is there a way to massively clock in and clock out times for fieldtrips happening in the middle of a school day on PowerSchool? Right now, I can only enter that individually and if two or three grades are going on a fieldtrip on the same day, it's very time consuming inputting entries in for each individual student.

There is a Mass Update Attendance function in the Group Functions menu that can be run for a selection of students. See attached.

The Mass Update Attendance function in the Group Functions only lets you sign students out by period, not a specific time.  it would be great to be able to 'clock in and clock out' a group of students for specific (non-period) times.

True, but based on the times in your Bell Schedule you can mark the appropriate Meeting attendance using the Mass Update function.

This is for elementary, we only have AM and PM in our bell schedule.
