Mass Transportation Import

Good morning. My name is Jada  and I work for Athlos Academy in St. Cloud, MN. Currently, we are having a major issue uploading a massive 600 student transportation spreadsheet onto our PowerSchool. Our bus company sent over an Excel spreadsheet containing student number, AM bus number, AM pick up address, AM pick up time, PM bus number, PM drop off address, and PM drop off time. We have been in contact with PowerSchool consistently with zero luck of mass uploading this spreadsheet accurately. Our prior employee (who is no longer here), Amy used to do this in seconds and we are struggling to figure out how without her and the directions given to us by support have not been working. If you can please assist us, I would appreciate it greatly. These new bus routes were supposed to start on Wednesday and now have been pushed off until Monday due to the technical support.

We see that you have been working with the PowerSchool Support Team who have provided you with the import templates. You can also navigate to Start Page > System Administrator > Page and Data Management > Data Import Manager (from the school), then select "Transportation" from the list of tables once the templates have been completed.
