Whenever I log in to our Power School SIS account, I have to enter the user id and password twice before the program will let me in. I am spelling both correctly - this has been happening for over a year, even with changed passwords.
There are two common reasons that could cause difficulties while logging into the PowerSchool Student Information System account.
I recommend logging into the account through https and changing the password to a more complex one with more than eight characters. Please let us know if you continue to experience any difficulties logging into the PowerSchool Student Information System account.
The problem occurred even if the login was not left on very long.
I am already using https, and I changed my password to 7 letters and 4 numbers. It seems to be working today - hope it lasts. Thanks! (and kudos, if I can find them)
