We have recently, successfully upgraded our L4U to the online "cloud" version but after receiving the link have no direction or idea what to do next. We have not even been given direction about how to start to put our library items into this so that we can begin the upload.....

The article on PowerSchool L4U 5.3.11.0 is now available in Community and you will want your Designated Support Contact to access it for you so that you can understand the product better. We also have the training videos available in PowerSource and Designated Support Contacts can access them. We recommend reaching out to your Designated Support Contacts to assist you further as these are only available to them in PowerSchool Community.
This is frustrating. I do not even know who my tech person is. I would like to be able to use this product that we have purchased but I can not access the tutorials and don't know how to get access.
Please send me the videos so that I can get started. There is a lot of my time being waisted with all of this run around.

We understand your frustration.
Some resources are publicly accessible on PowerSchool Community while others are available to specific roles in a district such as the role of a Designated Support Contact or users with a PowerSource account. If you are unable to access a resource it is likely that the resource is only accessible by Designated Support Contacts of a district or by users with a PowerSource account.
In case you feel that you should have access to certain resources, I recommend reaching out to a Designated Support Contact of your district to request or send an email at businessoperations@powerschool.com and PowerSchool will work with your school district to request the access be added to your account.
