Job application status not updating

Hi, I'm applying for jobs on jobsatosu.com and the Status field was staying on Under Consideration. I called and verified that the position was filled, then withdrew my applications and they all said Position Filled. Is that a system limitation or a user error? Wanted to report it in case you can improve it to automatically say the positions were filled so I don't WASTE A MONTH WAITING FOR A JOB. Thaaaaanks! 😃
