Issue: Unable to Upload Attachments to Invoice Entries in Atrieve

 

I am unable to upload or add attachments to invoice entries in Atrieve.

Troubleshooting completed:

  • Tested in Google Chrome

  • Tested in Microsoft Edge

  • Issue occurs in both browsers

  • Browser restart did not resolve the issue

  • tried rename in case of special characters.

When attempting to add an attachment, the upload does not complete / the attachment is not added to the invoice entry.

Has anyone encountered this issue before or are there any known problems with attachments in Atrieve at this time?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
