Every year my benefits secretary and payroll hand key updated benefit selections and deduction amounts for all employees. Is it possible to do a simple import of this information instead?
Yes, if you have eFPLUS version 5.2 or higher, you may upload a worksheet into Periodic Routines, Effective Date Changes to change the employee Deductions. Once in the effective date changes choose deductions, in the upper left corner is a menu selection Import. Make sure you also load the field Post with a Y. Once uploaded you can review and then from the initial effective date changes menu, choose post, and choose non-enrollment ded....... If you want to upload the Reference Table Deductions that is done in future changes.
