Invalid grade scale error

Hi, I am new to the system and some of my teachers are getting this error "An invalid grade scale exists for at least one class or standard. Contact your administrator to correct the grade scale configuration before saving scores".

I have checked the teachers grade book set up and everything looks fine to me

@ekappus  The likely cause of this error is a Grade Scale that does not have at least one grade with a Cutoff % of 0. Grade scales can be viewed at Setup>District>Grade Scales> Look for a Grade Scale with an exclamation point in a triangle icon.
