I am attempting to share the latest Insider video (ep 103) with my counselors and nurse. One counselor has been able to access the video but the others have not. What needs to be done to give them access? Please advise.

There are different access levels to certain resources in the Community. The access is controlled by Technical Contacts in the district.
If a user doesn't have access to a particular resource, they can reach out to us in the Community or email businessoperations@powerschool.com and PowerSchool will work with the Technical Contacts in the district to request the access on their behalf. They can also work with the Technical Contacts directly.
