I am trying to add a quick incident to incident management and have been trying for two days. When I get the incident completed and click save, it keeps loading and loading but never saves. Each time I have tried, I have let it load an hour with no success. Any ideas what I need to do to correct this.

Please make sure that you are entering the Participant. For more details, you can click on the Help button on the right top corner of your screen and get the Administrator Guide and search for the'' Create Quick Incidents'' document.
