Incident - Action Duration Days

I am working on uploading to CalPads.  However, when I try to upload our incident information, I keep getting validation error telling me that the action duration days cannot be blank when the action take is of 100, 110 or 200.  The information is in powerschool, but will not pull into my upload. Resolutions?

Thank you for reaching out to PowerSchool Community!

 

You would need to contact support at Calpads for the correct file format for uploading data from PowerSchool.  The steps to export data from PowerSchool can be found under the Help section in the software, under State Reporting help.

I don't think I explained it well enough.  The validation errors are coming from my PowerSchool download.  I can't upload information to CalPads because there are errors.  Those are what I need cleared up.  I sat on HOLD for 1.5 hours last week and never did get to talk to anyone.

We recommend following the steps mentioned below to help you fix this error:

 

  • Navigating to Start > [select student] > Incidents > [select Incident]
  • Click the edit icon next to the Action
  • Add Duration
  • click Update Action
  • Click Submit Incident
