I am trying to access help with TalentEd, but not as an applicant-I work for a district who has an account. It appears my email address has me connected as an applicant rather than an administrator. Please help! Thank you!
PowerSchool Community is a great place to find product-related announcements, forums, and knowledgebase articles and can be accessed by all community members. Access to some of the pages in the community though is limited to Designated Support Contacts of the school district.
If you feel you should be a Designated Support Contact within your school district, I recommend reaching out to the current Designated Support Contacts of your school district who should be able to work with our support teams and update your account access within the Community.
You could also write to email@example.com and we will work with the current Designated Support Contacts of your school to update your account access which should allow you to access help with TalentEd as an administrator.
