The report for finding the Students Names that are missing a class in their schedule is only for users before they Commit their schedule to find gaps in student schedules. Those reports will not pull from the live data. You can try exporting students with blank periods (missing classes) using the following search commands:
- number_of_classes: This function works when each student in a school should have a specific number of classes. You can select the appropriate Term (top right) on the Start Page, and then search using *number_of_classes= or *number_of_classes<
- not_enrolled_in_period: This is to locate students who are not enrolled in a specific period. You can select the appropriate Term (top right) on the Start Page, and then search on: *not_enrolled_in_period=
