I need help to delete a batch

I need some help and I usually contact Jaclyn.  My email bounced back with 

We no longer accept support requests at this PowerSchool Support Inbox.

Please proceed to https://help.powerschool.com/t5/Case-Portal/ct-p/Support-CasePortal to log this Support request.

To log a Support Case:
1) Log in at help.powerschool.com
2) Select Contact Support (Middle of the Top Menu Listing)
3) Select Case Portal
4) Select New Case
5) Complete the required information and select submit

I have no access to log a Support Case.  Help!!!
