I'm the PS admin for my school but not authorized for chat support

When I try to launch chat support I get "Hmm, it looks like you don't have access to this resource."

How do I get set up to be recognized as the admin for my school?

Hi! @eburton 

 

We have a great thread that has addressed possible issues of why users may receive a message that they do not have access to a resource in the community.  I recommend checking out the resolutions in this thread.
