I can't get students from multiple sections to show up in one place

Hi,

I have an independent class being offered at my school.  Students take the class online at various times in the day.  Because of this, there are some students taking the class every hour of the day.  Because of this, the teacher has 7 classes to look at to enter grades (besides her other "normal" classes).  When entering grades for the independent class, it becomes quite a hassle for her to flip through all 7 sections of this class.  Is there a way for her to see all 7 of these sections at one time on PowerTeacher so she doesn't have to flip between them all?  Another idea we had was to add an 8th period to our day (we only run 7 periods) and put all the students in there.  This would look weird on the report card and would mess up scheduling a bit too.  It would not be ideal.  Is there a better solution out there that I'm not aware of?  I'm relatively new to PS, so any help is appreciated.

not the solution, but to share that we have some independent study, self-taught and online classes in a certain period.  we sort classes by course number on report card/transcript.   those classes would fall into assigned department number, starting 1.eng 2.math 3.sci...
