Are you talking about a PowerSchool parent account? if so, the school would have to delete it. Individual users cannot delete accounts in PowerSchool.

I see you have helped others delete their powerschool accounts. I am having trouble trying to create a new account but my email has been used. The school said she deleted my account but I really think she just unlinked my child. Can you help delete my accounts so I can start fresh.
Your account is still out there if that is the case, I bet they just "deleted" the link under Access Accounts for the student, not the account itself. If the school wont investigate further, sounds like you are stuck creating an account with a different email address.
