How to Delete a section with prior students that never attended ?

How do I delete a section that had one "Test" student that has now been removed.

I used clear immediate from the student schedule.

I go back to the master schedule, and do not have the box to delete the section.

Is this a question about PowerSchool? Sections can be deleted on the Edit Section page. You may need a password.
