I submitted my LTI1.3 app(Sommer Learning) on Nov 7, 2023, for approval. It's almost one month passed and I am not getting any notification from Schoology regarding this application. I have submitted this application from the developer account. Also, I found another link to the submitted i.e https://forms.office.com/pages/responsepage.aspx?id=qv1uquImqk6i2pFlS5-u2v3jrfBV6YlGny5viwNiurRUNUo3...
I am not sure if this form is necessary to submit or not. Please let me know how to contact the support team.

Are you selecting the option "Only People in School" under the "Available for" field while submitting this app for approval? Refer to the example attached below.
Additionally, I recommend trying to unsubmit and then submit your app for approval again.
If this doesn't help you then I recommend reaching out to the Schoology support contacts in your school district who should be able to assist you further with this or reach out to PowerSchool support on your behalf.
