How do I pre-schedule only one section of a course (don't care where the other section is scheduled)
If I use the pre-schedule constraint, it tries to schedule both sections within the period I identified to pre-schedule; however, I only need one section to preschedule. How can I address this? Thanks!
Wondering if a course restrict build constraint would work for this. Create a constraint for the course and specify Maximum Number of Sections to be 1 and set the Schedule (expression) to period 1. I assume this would mean only 1 section can build in period 1. Worth a shot!
