How could I export the table which contain comment on the ProTeacher Pro?

As the picture. I want to export the comment table from ProTeacher Pro.

How could I do that?

@Waite  If you have PS admin access, you can use Data Export Manger > Category PowerTeacher Pro...then select the data you want to export. If you are the teacher, when pulling Reports > Individual Student Report > Select Data > Comments

Hi @Waite 

Can you please confirm if the Category is selected as 'All'? Selecting this should show you all the export options.

If you still don't see the PGFinalGrades option, it could be an issue with Permissions. You would need to reach out to your district PS SIS Admin who should be able to help you with access.

@Waite ...Hmmm.... I didn't realize there wasn't a final grade export selection. I even tried to do it through the PGFinalGrades table in DDE, but you can't get the course name to export. 

Do you use Enterprise Reporting?

Could you tell me the name of  table on the PS database? 

I want to export the column from database.

@Waite ... I just realize there is a report that pulls exactly what you are looking for. It is through a plugin available through PowerSchool Exchange. 

PSCB Custom Reports > Grading > Class - Grades and Comments

It allows you to export the data in a cvs or export as a pdf.
