You will need to reach out to your District's PowerSchool administrator who would be able to add other custom codes for your use.

Could you tell me which folder I should edit on the Custom Page Management.

There are too many folder and all of them are important, I think I must be careful.

@WaiteSpecial Codes (accessed through the "Codes" button on the Score Inspector) are not added through customization or Custom Page Management. You would add them to the "Special Codes" Grade Scale that is associated to the Grade Scale attached to the Course Section. This Grade Scale is often called "A Special Codes Example," but every District is different. Grade Scales can be found t Setup>District>Grade Scales.
