How can I re-apply for the same position after I withdrew an job application?

How can I re-apply for the same position after I withdrew an application? No update button next to it, so I decided to withdraw the application. When I attempted to re-apply, I could not. It said "view completed application when I have the withdrawal status in my application tab. Any ideas to help?

We recommend contacting the Human Resources department of the organization directly as they can purge or reinstate the application according to your requirement.
