Hello! I am the powerschool coordinator for my LEA and every time I try to access the following two links associated with powerschool enrollment, which my school uses I get the error message I don't have access. Can you please help with this issue and grant me access?

It looks like your profile is missing any pieces of configuration such as Canvas Unique ID on our site and should be fixed by your admin. We recommend reaching out to your Admin/Designated Support Contact within your school district with the course number for further assistance.
I am employed with Keller ISD and I help out with the online enrollment for my school district. I am needing access to log a case with Online Enrollment.

Access to Launch Chat Support, Case Portal resources are set up by the Designated Support Contacts in your school or district. Due to this, we recommend working with the Designated Support Contacts to request access.
Here are some other common reasons that you may not have access to a resource.

If the users in your district are Designated Support Contacts and are unable to access certain knowledge base articles and discussion forums in the Community, I recommend reviewing the tips below to ensure the PowerSchool Community account is set up to allow the correct access.
