While most resources in Community are accessible by all the users in the Community, there are some product pages and Knowledgebase articles that are accessible by specific roles such as Designated Support Contacts. PowerSchool SIS Knowledgebase articles can be viewed and accessed by Designated Support Contacts only.
If you are receiving an error message that you don't have access to these particular areas in the PowerSchool Community, I recommend reaching out to a PowerSchool Designated Support Contact to request access is added to your PowerSchool account that will allow access within the PowerSchool Community.
