I've suddenly loss access to the case portal, specifically in regards to Performance Matters. Please assist.

I'm also receiving this error, but it is my first time logging on so not sure if I'm having the same issue or something else.
I can not access the case protal that i was able to access last week. I need to update a couple of cases ASAP.
