Historical Grades/transcript

I can not get my middle school courses to show up on my historical grades. I have manually entered some 8th-grade credits for a new student. When I go to print his transcript they will not show.

Under my school transcript preferences set up, I have it marked to show middle school courses. Also, I have it set to Restrict Middle School courses to certain credit types....which the course I am trying to show is a Career Prep (CP) so it should show.... right? I have a screenshot below.

Restrict Middle School Courses To These Credit Type:
Show 6/7/8 grade courses with the following credit type on the transcript. E.G. ('POC','TC')

Note:
If no credit types are set on this page, then the transcript would not display any middle school courses.

Hi @sknight

You can exclude grades by navigating to Start Page> District Setup> Courses  and navigating to GPA, and Class Rank and select " Exclude".  Here's a Help Guide with more information on this process.

Sorry, my screenshot did now show the restricted codes I have set:

They are: 'MTH', 'CP', 'CTE', 'CAREER TECH'

Hi @sknight,

Thank you for your response.

Please make sure that you have included your grade level in the Historical Grade levels. You can enter the range of grade levels from which historical data is pulled, such as cumulative GPAs and graduation credit by following the listed steps

1. Go to the Start Page

2. Navigate through the Start Page > District Office > District Setup > Schools/School Info

3. Select your school by clicking on it and then you can include your grade level into the Historical grade levels.

Please let me know if this helps otherwise please let me know the type of report that you are using. Is it an Object report or is it a state report?
