Grades setup

I am new to PowerSchool. I work the tech department and don’t work with PowerSchool often.

Can PowerSchool create a Kindergarten grade as well as a Kindergarten virtual grade? Different students in each. Same goes for grades 1, 2, 3, 4, etc.

There are Designated Support Contacts within each district that can assist you with how-to questions and troubleshooting steps for PowerSchool products.  I recommend reaching out to the Designated Support Contacts who should be able to assist you in setting up the grades.  The Designated Support Contacts work with PowerSchool Support when further assistance is needed.

We don't have anyone currently knowledgeable about setting up grades in 20.4 in our district. How do we obtain support?

We recommend reaching out to the Designated Support Contacts within your district who should be able to work with the PowerSchool SIS Support team to get guidance on setting up the grades in PowerSchool SIS 20.4.
