I can see classes. But, I am unable to see grades under the Grades and Attendance

In order to assist further, would you please let us know the name of the PowerSchool Product which you are using and the steps you are taking to view grades?
Is SIS a product type? I am not sure where to look for that

You are using PowerSchool. SIS=Student Information System. As this site is not school or district specific, you should reach out to the individual teachers and see if there are even grades to look at yet.
Our division is experiencing the same issue with Parent Portal. They have to select the Grades and Attendance Tab twice for the grades to show up. However, when you select the grade, it does not show the assignment grades that make up the final grade.
Anyone have a suggestion?
Check to see if the teachers have their assignments set to publish to the portal.
The assignment grades are showing up under Quick Lookup on the Admin side.
When I login as a student, select the grade, the assignment area does not display and just continues to try to load.
A good first step to take is to turn off Customization and see if the behavior persists.
It will work with customizations turned off. However, we can not leave this function turned off.
Any suggestions for a fix?
A good place to start would be to look at System>Page and Data Management>Custom Page Management>Guardian folder>Scores.html page.
Okay, what should I be looking for on this page?
If it is blue in CPM that means it is custom, and likely a recent PowerSchool update broke the customization. The page probably needs an update, but PowerSchool is so customizable that it may be something specific to your district. Some of the folks on this site are far, FAR more versed than I am with code, so if you know any of them reach out; most of them seem pretty willing to help.
Anyone willing to share your code for the CPM page to correct this issue. We can view assignment grades with the mobile app just not the website version of Public Portal.

We recommend clearing the cache and cookies and trying different browsers to see if you are still facing the issue. If that has not resolved the issue, we recommend that you reach out to the Designated Support Contacts within your school district who should be able to connect with the PowerSchool SIS Support team to look at your setup.
