I'm interested to know what other schools do for Grade Verification at the end of a term. I am aware of the Final Grade Status button in PT Pro but am not sure how to access that information on the admin side. What process does your school use as a grade verification? What report would we run from PowerSchool admin? Thanks in advance for help, or for sharing your ideas.
We still do paper (well PDFs now during virtual days). We run the System Reports - Class Rosters with the grade information for each class (grade, citizenship, teacher comments, etc.) and have teachers sign off on it. Our registrar prefers to be very hands on in that regard. (Actually grade verifications were due today!)

Yes - what fields do you include so students' grade information for each class (grade, citizenship, teacher comments, etc.) appears? I can only get the name and grade level to appear.
Hello what do I need to update on this to pull Q1 instead of Q4:
The Section Readiness report was moved (I forget in which version of PowerSchool) to the very bottom of the System Reports page. This is the report that lets you view the Final Grade status from PT Pro.
