The Google OneRoster 1.2 plugin, which syncs/links Google Classroom to PowerTeacher Pro, now requires an 18-character Opportunity ID that has to be pasted into the plugin. I updated the plugin and now some teachers are getting an error that says "Export Failed. Your SIS is unreachable. Contact your IT admin for support", and "No classes available in SIS" when attempting to sync their grades from GC to PTP. Is anyone else having this issue? I've reached out to Google Classroom Community and they say I need to contact PowerSchool. In the meantime, the teachers can't use the syncing/linking services in GC.
