GPA Correction

Hi, my daughters school recently started using Power Source and there have been many issues. After getting her grade corrected her GPA is still reflecting the prior GPA before the correction. Her counselor is stating that only Power Source can correct her GPA. Is this a correction that needs to be made by your company or the school?
