Flagging a Candidate "Unhirable"

Is there a way to flag a candidate as unhirable in the Applicant Tracking system so that ALL hiring managers can see that the candidate is unhirable?

@sheilee5 @Rhonda-Payne Good Morning,

Technically the system has one aspect that you can easily mark an applicant as unhireable.... That is what the Red Flag box does. The issue that happens from this that I believe you wouldn't want to do is that it hides this from every security group (hiring managers) that are not located in HR or system admins.

What you instead probably would want to do is define an application status. This would show up for everyone and it could be for specific applications. Just please be aware that the applicant could potentially see that application status as well. You would also want to ensure you don't have the email notification set for that status, unless you want that to be sent to the applicant.

hopefully this helps

I would like to know this as well. I would like to be able to delete an application of a candidate we are not interested in.

Can you deactivate a candidate and just remove them for the job posting.

How do you add an application status. I have tried and I am unable to.

Yes, you can deactivate a candidate on that job posting, I don't know if you can remove them..... Let me ask someone what the steps are if an application status needs to be made.
