Hi Great and awesome people! I am a new user of Business plus. I am trying to upload a fixed asset file from excel in business plus. I continuously see error of string formatting date. Is there any specific format, or template that I need to use in excel and what are the steps that I need to follow? So far, I have saved the file as csv > In Business plus I go to Fixed Asset > utilities > Load inventory file > Load and then I get the error. It says job complete but there is not update of my file in Business Plus and of it shows errors for the date. I am using date as for example 07/20/2021. I also have tried to delete the headings in the excel sheet before saving the work and uploading it and still gives me the errors. I believe must be the formatting, or the template that I am using in excel that is not working. I will appreciate your great help! Thank you so very much!

To troubleshoot this issue further we will have to look into your upload file and make sure that it has been formatted correctly. Hello and thank you very much for reporting on how to fix this issue. I am a Bachelor of Business Administration and will soon also plan to use Excel for business. Therefore, I want to learn as much as possible about the Business plus.

We have BusinessPlus Forum in the Community that is used to connect with other members and Knowledge Bases, product updates section but this area of the Community is limited to the Designated Support Contacts.
If you feel that you should have this access then I recommend reaching out to the Designated Support Contacts of your school district who should be able to give you this access.
