Fatal Error: Schedule Build Diagnostics file is missing or damaged

This is the first time building my master schedule PS. When I'm trying to go through the build process this error appears in my query when I'm at 90% complete. Any assistance in what needs to be fixed would be amazing.

I have the same issue that you replied to.

Fatal Error:  Schedule Build Diagnostics fil is missing or damaged.

 

Time sensitive.  Any direction would be great.
