Ok so we have our school year set up as
Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4
We have specials or encore classes that are ONLY a 1/4 class. For example Art during the Q1 term is from 8/23/2021 - 10/20/21. Then the student will go to another encore class, for example they will go to Computers in Q2. The encore teachers could not enter grades into the Q1 term for some reason, so I had them add them to the F1 term. When I go to pull up a report card after storing the grades, I do not see a grade for the students Quarter 1 encore class. Ideally I want all Core classes grades to show up in the Q1 column on the report card. I want the Q2 encore class grade to be on the F1 Column. How do I fix this ?
Also all my Q1 grades for Core classes (ELA, Math etc) are showing up in the F1 column. They also do not match the Q1, so thats another problem .
