I am working with our staff to prepare for the transition out of PowerSchool Learning and we are encountering an error where export is completely unavailable for certain courses. What I mean by this is that regardless of which IMSCC format is selected, the 'Export' button stays un-clickable.
There are no error messages or specific codes pointing out what is causing the block, but it is available and working for some classes and blocked off for others.
Any feedback on this would be highly appreciated.
This is a known issue occurring if the teacher is not performing the export. If you are an administrator trying to perform the action, please masquerade as a teacher to create the report.
