When I try to log into My Profile, I receive the following error message
What am I doing wrong?
It means that the users from your Homeroom have not been given the permission to log in. The L4U Administrator or another User with access to Homerooms will need to fix this. Go to
My Profile>Admin Settings>Homerooms
Open your Homeroom
Click on Login Settings
Ensure the setting ‘Allow all x Clients in this Homeroom to log in’ is checked
Click Save to update the setting
Click Save, again, to close out of the Homeroom .
Refresh the browser
Instruct the User to login with their Client Code and PIN.
