I am getting an error message that says we can’t not validate your supplemental questions.

I am also getting this message when I am applying to a position. I am applying for a position at Eastern Kentucky University. I answer the supplemental questions, but it still says my application is invalid every single time because it shows the supplemental questions as not answered, even though they are answered. I have tried different web browsers and I don't know what to do.
