I'm a new hire and have been trying to fill out all my new hire documentation but it keep showing this error for 2 days now.
Does any one has the solution? or a phone number where to call?

If you are receiving the error message on the first login, please try clearing cache and cookies for all times. We recommend using browsers such as Chrome or Firefox. Make sure that you are accessing the correct login page provided by the HR team of the organization.
If you continue to face this issue, please reach out to your HR team to verify that SSO or your account credentials are set up correctly and make sure that the account is set to Active.
