I am having issues approving enrollment requests using EE. Once I made edits to the students school ID numbers, they disappear. I can not locate them to approve or deny them. Anyone have any suggestions?
When you change the school ID, the registration moves to that school. Did you switch schools after you made that change?
For instance, if you change the school ID from 123 to 456, you have to switch to school 456 and run the pre-registration report to access the registration or run it from the district office.
