Employee is not receiving email notifications from searchsoft

I have a current active employee that is not receiving email notifications from search soft.  How can I resolve this issue?

We recommend trying the troubleshooting steps mentioned below:

 

  • Check spam and junk folders
  • Make sure that the firewall is not blocking emails from PowerSchool.

If they continue to face issues, they can reach out to the Designated Support Contacts of your district, who can work with the Applicant Tracking Enterprise Support team towards a solution.
