Hi
I am trying to embed a padlet and it works using the 'embed the web' block, however I found it difficult to rezise the padlet so it covers the entire block.
For example, here is the embed code of a padlet of mine:
<div class="padlet-embed" style="border:1px solid rgba(0,0,0,0.1);border-radius:2px;box-sizing:border-box;overflow:hidden;position:relative;width:100%;background:#F4F4F4"><p style="padding:0;margin:0"><iframe src="https://padlet.com/embed/839yfu4v7enc" frameborder="0" allow="camera;microphone;geolocation" style="width:100%;height:608px;display:block;padding:0;margin:0"></iframe></p><div style="padding:8px;text-align:right;margin:0;"><a href="https://padlet.com?ref=embed" style="padding:0;margin:0;border:none;display:block;line-height:1;height:16px" target="_blank"><img src="https://resources.padletcdn.com/assets/made_with_padlet.png" width="86" height="16" style="padding:0;margin:0;background:none;border:none;display:inline;box-shadow:none" alt="Made with Padlet"></a></div></div>
What needs to be changed for the padlet to take the entire block width in a one column layout?
I did try to modify the code but as there is no preview (like in moodle), it was time consuming and I ended up failing again and again.
Any tips welcome.
thanks!
Dear Jamie,
Thank you so much. I managed.
Final code attached with modifications highlighted.
While this is fun to edit code, I think that most teachers are not likely to want to struggle with such task. I wish it was easier to embed a padlet or at least that it could be previewed and resized more easily.
I appreciate the help in the community forum!
Thanks
Fanny
