When attempting to send out a mass email to all of the guardians in my class, I received this email in my k12 account:
Student/Guardian Email Queued for Delivery.
It has a copy of the email I am intending to send attached to it but none of the guardians have received the email. I'm unsure where to find my queued email so that I can send it or if I need to change a setting so that I don't receive this email. I appreciate any tips!

You would want to check if the emails are getting stuck in the outgoing queue as Pending or Unscheduled. To check navigate to Start Page > System (under Setup) > System Settings > Email > Outgoing Email Queue.
In case, you still cannot find them, we recommend you reach out to your district Admin directly and request them to check the Email Setup.
