I have an employee that used his wife's email account to apply. His wife is not trying to apply but it keeps using his information. Is there a way to update/change this info?

You will have to use separate email addresses while trying to apply for a job. Yes, the unique identifier for applying is the email address but the wife can update the information by logging in, and then when she is brought to the application she can change/ update all the information to herself. Also once she is logged in if she goes to the "profile" section she can update the name to herself.
