You can automate update of student details.
Things that are in the student table can be written straight back (with moderation approval).
Student Email is one that cannot be automated. Quite annoying but this has to be manually done to the official student_email field.
eCollect forms can display the student email but cannot write back to it.
Fields like names and phone numbers or any other data in Student table can.
I am being helped to also update student contact details as well (don't know which fields to use though yet).
We just recently implemented Ecollect. I am also interested in a student information form so that I will not need to use PowerSchool Enrollment. We are hoping this will allow us to get better responses from our Parents. Have you been able to successfully create a form for this?
