I need help with the integration of my earned credits to display in the transcript. I tried to match the courses with the departments and associated them with the abbreviations that I created but, still it does not show up. I watched the trainings and checked everywhere but I could not find enough detailed info about this part, so I am kind of stuck and can not proceed, what is the mistake that I am doing or which part I am missing, I could not figure it out can you please help me about this issue, probably it is something very simple but I could not find it. You mention aligning your courses with the department. But what about the credit types on the actually stored grades themselves? I am guessing you're using object reports in PS. What do your DATs look like for your credits earned?
So, for example, if all your math classes have the credit type of Math, your DAT would be ~(*credit_hours.credit_type.Math)
I don't use Object Reports anymore, but I do use the GPA info screen to tally up Credits for kids, and for my math tally, I would use ~(*credit_hours.credit_type.Math), ELA ~(*credit_hours.credit_type.ELA). But for us for History we use multiple different credit types to make sure students are taking certain classes, so I would have three different ones for history ~(*credit_hours.credit_type.Global),
~(*credit_hours.credit_type.USH), ~(*credit_hours.credit_type.PGaE).
I would look at a student and their historical grades and see what the credit type is tied to the stored grade, and go from there.
