We just upgraded to Efinance plus and when I went to print out the W2c's that I did under Union Elementary they are gone. I tried to submit a support ticket but it says I do not have access and when I called the number for support it does not give efinance plus as an option. UGH please help
One of the key features and resolved issues was Correction to Federal W2C electronic file for previous years (versions 5.2 and 5.1). I recommend reaching out to the Designated Support Contact within the district to open a case on your behalf.
