Don't have access to this resource

Good Morning, I have tried to read other answers in this area not sure I am understanding what my role should be. I am the Administrator for the Online Enrollment process in PowerSchools for my district, but I keep seeing technical support (PowerSource) listed as needed for items like create a new case, welcome to support.  I have been with PowerSchools for 7 years and never heard of PowerSource but have been the administrator for my district since the beginning.  I need help make sure I have the permissions I need to do my job.  Appreciate a little guidance or if I should just be waiting on my Support Representative to contact me I can do that.  Thank you for your guidance.

I also received this message trying to access a document on changing the section expression. I just closed a case where I needed to do this and I am looking for the instruction on how to change all the attendance data linked to the old section after moving students to a new section with the correct expression.
