Do not have access?

I have looked at our discussions about this message, but it still does not help me get access. I require this information in order to process year end.

Currently, AtrieveERP resources are accessible by Designated Support Contacts or users with PowerSource account within the district.  We have reached out to your school district's existing Designated Support Contacts to request the access be added to your account.
